1.强烈谴责UA航空公司在4月9号的这种简单粗暴对待乘客的野蛮行径；

WecondemnthecarelessandbarbarousactinthetreatmentofthepassengerbyUnitedAirlinesintheincidentonSundayApril9.

2.希望UA以及执法机关尽快查明真相，并请第三方介入调查，尽快公布调查结果；

WerequestUnitedAirlinesandthelawenforcementauthoritiestostartanimmediateinvestigation.Athirdpartyinvestigatorshouldalsobeinvolved.Theresultsoftheinvestigationsshouldbemadepublicassoonaspossible.

3.严惩那些过度执法和执法不公的涉案人员，并保证今后不会有类似事件发生；

Severepunishmentsshouldbegiventothoseinvolvedinexcessiveandinappropriateuseoflawenforcementauthority.Wedemandassurancethatsimilarsituationwillnevertakeplaceagain.

4.对受到伤害的乘客赔礼道歉，并进行人道主义援助及赔偿。
